When my son said he wanted to take martial arts, I wasn’t completely on board. I spent time visiting other places, but I knew we found the perfect place once we watched a Next Level class. MC and the entire staff are amazing! Not only do they teach martial arts, but life lessons. My son began in Jan. 2019, and since then my son has gained focus and confidence. He absolutely loves the classes, and I love the family/team feeling. We are very happy being a part of the Next Level family!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Next Level. I’m 25 y/o with 2 kids and lose motivation VERY quickly when doing ANY physical activity but I come here 3 days a week and always look forward to the next class! I’ve learned more than just kicking and punching in Muay Thai, I also learned to come out of my comfort zone to workout with people I’ve never met before to do combinations I’ve never tried before and I don’t get anxious at all about it! The coaches always make you feel welcomed, that you belong, and that you are FAMILY. People young and old come here, all at different levels, and all are accepted just the same. I could honestly write a book. If someone would have told me 3 months ago that I would be kickboxing 3 days a week or more I would have laughed. I met Master Charles in May through Facebook regarding a 6 week kickboxing class for beginners. I have always been told that kickboxing is the best workout and a full body one at that. However, the thought of being in front of people trying to learn something like this was terrifying, but... I felt like Master Charles truly cared and loved what he taught. He promised me that all his classes had a mix of different levels and he was 100% Right. (Please note that I am the most uncoordinated person in the world!! No cheerleading for me years ago.( Master Charles also said that everyone helps each other in class and he was spot on. Some days I’m hitting pads with a 16 year old who puts me to shame BUT totally teaches me how to master the drill and the next I’m cracking up with another person who can’t seem to master a drill like myself. 3 months ago I was looking for a Hail Mary for my fitness goals and I found one with Master Charles and his team. I turned 40 in June and I was hitting a bad spot fast. The typical.. too much wine after my 2 very young kids went to bed, a demanding full time career with travel and feeling like 💩and not happy with my shape at all. I’m a Gemini and we tend to get bored quickly with the gym and working out. I would Absolutely dread going to the gym, cycle class, running ANYTHING. I am now In love with Kickboxing and FINALLY found something that really works and keeps me coming back ALL THE TIME! Within the first few days you notice change. Don’t get me wrong... you have growing pains but good ones. I am finally working out for an hour and pouring with sweat but NEVER checking the time during class because for once I actually don’t want class to end!!!! I still can’t believe it.
